Container Gardening with Nurture Native Nature at Lost Corner, Sandy Springs

Join us and Laura Markson/Nurture Native Nature (@nurture.native.nature) for a presentation exploring creative and approachable ways to container garden using native plants!

Ditch the tired garden center ornamentals and make habitat-friendly planters using native plants to support biodiversity, butterflies, birds, native bees, and wildlife in your outside space. Laura will give guidelines for how to successfully create abundant planters along with inspiration and tips for how they can nurture nature all year long!

Even better – to make it easy to get started, directly after the talk, we will be there with @cottagegardennatives, @gardenheadplanters,and @botanyyards with native plants, cedar planters, native seeds and, of course, mosquito buckets. Everyone is welcome to join!

The event is hosted by Friends of Lost Corner and free. If you plant to attend, register sooner than later because this event is already filling up and space is usually at a premium in this cozy venue nestled in a 24-acre Sandy Springs park.
